PictureI'm pretty sure it's not what it looks like.
Did you know that in India, there is a golden lizard shrine at Kanchipuram that cures you from the bad luck that follows from touching lizards? Superstition is the gift that keeps on giving, and here we have a ton of them from the subcontinent. Pick one and wrap a story around it, or use these odd but true details in your story.
