Speculative Fact #138: It Started in China

There is a boy in China who can read in complete darkness.  Mutant, hoax, or otherwise, it's certainly worthy of a very good story.  See if you can write  yours including some aspect of the commentary on the websites (and there are many) where this article can be found. Make it about more than the eyes. Speculative fiction may start with an out there concept, but it has to say something about the struggles of being human. Make it contemporary. Make it relevant.
