Speculative Fact # 231: Exo-planet With Water

Added to the long list of extra-solar planets is HAT-P-11b, a world roughly the size of Neptune. It's making history for being the smallest and coolest planet thus far discovered which has water in its atmosphere. The planet is over a hundred light years away, but it could be one among many planets that contain water. Water (as well as life) might turn out to be very abundant in the universe.
